  While the place is absolutely clean , the dry cleaner portion of this place is horrible I dropped off dry cleaning on a Monday that was to be picked up on Friday I came Saturday to pick up my stuff and a young woman behind the counter couldn't find my things and had no idea why the dry cleaning wasn't here. She told me she would have the manager call me Monday took my phone number down . I waited till 5 pm Monday didn't get a call I tried to call this place and the phone went st8 to a fax ... (suggestions put the number to the place on the card we are required to buy to wash clothes ) I drove to the laundromat and the young woman had no clue what was going. I asked to call someone she did she was very friendly . After I find out due to the weather on Thursday all dry cleaning was late ..(suggestion put a sign telling customers that or inform all employees of that issue). Got a call Tuesday that my stuff had arrive . The customer service is horrible communcation to customers is horrible . A very clean place a little on the expensive side. I'm new to Little Falls but I will no longer use this place as my go to spot . I also asked to have the owner Don call me but nothing .
