  Every time I call Dr. Farnese’s office, it’s becasue IM NOT FEELING WELL and every time they answer, they tell me he’s not available for at least 3 days. Every single time! Last time I called, just a few minutes ago, I told them I had been sick the past 2 days (Christmas eve, Christmas Day) and I’d like to see the doctor. They told me he’s not in until Friday. I said that he is my PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN and I’m very sick, what should I do? “He’s not in until Friday” that was their answer, no help whatsoever from MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN! It is now the day after Christmas. The time I called before that, the exact same thing happened, almost word for word, but they wanted me to wait a week before seeing the doctor. The time before that, they straight up called a prescription in without even seeing me. They said “does it feel like the same thing you had last time?” I said yeah, I guess and they called in my prescription for antibiotics without even seeing me. Do you really want a Dr that’s not around when you need them? I certainly don’t. I hope everyone considers this story before making an appointment with his office. What’s the point of filling out all the god damn paper work if HE’S NEVER THERE!? It’s a real shame that the day after Christmas, while sick in bed, I now have to search for a new doctor or go wait at the hospital all day. Take care, don’t make the same mistake I did.
