  The manager Nancy Scancarella of the Little Falls branch feels she can do anything she wants with no regard to personal property or consideration to others. She placed a lock box on my personal bench outside, which is located no where close to the front door.
  
  I ran into Nancy(realtor)l last night TUESDAY Dec 5 @ 5:45pm i asked her why she placed the box on my bench, her reply, it was to cumbersome on the front door. I asked her to remove it, Nancys response "Oh i tried but its too dark to see" Really, i just watched you walk out with an interested renter and i bet it wasnt too dark for you to see to get the key to open that front door to show the place. $$$$$. How dare you!?!
  
  Nancy proceeds to tell me she will be back tomorrow to remove it. Tomorrow is here, WEDNESDAY Dec 6 @ 6pm and NAncy Scancarelle of the Little Falls branch is no where in sight. Lets see if she ever comes?
  I will let you know tomorrow.
  
  Would I consider her trustworthy a realtor, No. I say this because unless you are giving her $$$$$, she cares nothing about you. I asked to remove it and she could not be bothered. But if I asked her to find me a new rental, she would be my best friend. SHAME ON YOU NANCY SCANCARELLA.
  
  Thursday morning, dec 7th lock box still on my personal properry placed therw by Nancy Scancarella. 2 daya after she told me she would remove it. How rude and inconsiderate!! I dont even know this realtor and if she lies about coming back to remove a lock box i can only imagine what she lies about to her clients. I defenetly would never use her. Oh yea, i called Nancys office in Little Falls and reached the receptionist, she said she would notify Nancy. Idk maybe her office staff is like Nancy, they just dont care unless they are making money off of you. What a great realtt company...NOT!!
